Do you use up your scraps?

One goal of mine is to do a better job using up my scraps.  For these card challenges I used only scraps (other than the card bases of course :)).

This first card is for the challenge over at http://cardabilities.blogspot.com/

I used some scraps for the We are Family line by Heidi Grace.  I adhered the large flower to the card and ran it through the cuttlebug using the embossing folder.  I added a little lady bug charm to the center of the flower and attached a chipboard sticker that I stamped the sentiment on using a stamp out of the Stampin' Up! All Holidays set.

 

Here is one of my cards I made for mothers day.  This card is for the challenge over at http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/  I used some scraps of Stampin' Up! DSP for this card. I also used stamps from the With Sympathy kit by Unity Stamp Co.  I used the butterfly off of a larger stamp and the with all my heart stamp. I really like how this card turned out!

 This third card is for the challenge over at http://cardpatterns.blogspot.com/  I flipped the sketch upside down and I am not sure if I like how it turned out or not - I am not good with "white space" LOL  I used some scrap paper again for this card and I used a stamp from the Quiet Essence kit by Unity Stamp Co.

 

I am super excited about a mini crop that will be going on at My Unity Place this weekend for National Scrapbooking Day!  It is going to be lots of fun!!!!  I am also super excited that I am now a Unity KOM member and I can't wait to get the May kit.  It is absolutely fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!
